You are eligible to have your framed print(s) considered for exhibition in the main lobby of the downtown Houston Public Library if:
You won an award in the 2019 Annual Print Competition, or
You won a 1st place, 2nd place, or 3rd place, or Honorable Mention award in one of the monthly (January through November) Print Competitions in 2019.
(Final Selection of prints to be exhibited will be determined by the HPS Executive Council
based on available exhibit space and a prioritization of images that were awarded
1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, or Honorable Mention ribbons during the year.)
If you want to exhibit, you must submit the following information to

If you wish to exhibit, each photograph must be submitted in a simple black frame, with glass and appropriate hanging hardware. Additional details regarding the hanging hardware will follow as we learn more..
The artist’s signature on the matte is optional.
Framed, ready-to-hang artwork must be submitted to Dwight Theall by Wednesday, February 26, 2020 or dropped off at the downtown library before 9:00 am on Setup Day*, Friday, February 28, 2020.
*Setup Day Date and Time is To Be Verified. (Details to follow.)
Setup is expected to require 6 – 8 individuals and take 4 hours.)
WE WILL NEED THE HELP OF MANY HPS VOLUNTEERS TO MAKE THIS EXHIBIT A SUCCESS!
